Debt Advice Foundation is delighted to announce a new education partnership with Shadsworth with Whitebirk Big Local Partnership, which will see the DebtAware programme being taught in four new primary schools in the area.
Shadsworth with Whitebirk Big Local Partnership is part of Big Local, a lottery funded programme, which aims to achieve lasting change in 150 communities across England.
Debt Advice Foundation’s Education Manager Brian Souter said “We’re delighted to be part of this important initiative. We believe that the charity’s financial capability education programme can bring about a real and lasting change for local communities, which goes to the very heart of what the Big Local is trying to achieve.”
